Thinking of relocating to Arizona?
Whether someone is brand new to Arizona or a long-time resident, both share an appreciation of the unique land
we call home. Come see why!
Arizona's weather is commonly thought of
as hot and dry, but what most people outside the state don't realize is
that Arizona's climate is as diversified as it's landscape. With over 300 days of sunshine and low
humidity the state of Arizona creates a very comfortable and active
lifestyle for Phoenix residents and visitors. The average high
temperature is 88 degrees Fahrenheit and the average low is 64 degrees
Fahrenheit.
From July to September, while most
Southern Arizonians can be found in air conditioned
buildings or pools, people in North-Central region are enjoying the
outdoors with weather that is at least 20 degrees cooler. But from
October to June cooler weather prevails throughout the entire state, and
Phoenix residents are enjoying mild weather while Northern Arizonans are
skiing the slopes. No matter what time of year it is, you'll find
beautiful, perfect weather somewhere.
So you think Arizona might just for
seniors? Arizona's nearly 5 million residents are not dominated by
"senior citizens." In fact, the largest segment of the
population -- 1.7 million -- are in the age range of 20 to 44. These
figures reflect that Arizona is being realized as the perfect place for
raising a family.
Natural Beauty in Arizona
From the beautiful Grand Canyon to the
red rocks of Sedona, there is something for everyone. Consider all of Arizona's natural beauty,
particularly Sedona. Red Rock Country in Arizona is a
four-seasons playground for everyone - for history, geology,
archaeology, art and sports buffs, and especially for curious, outdoor
enthusiasts who love spectacular scenery. Sedona has has also
become well-known as a premier wedding destination.
Sedona is situated in a unique geological area that has mesmerized
tourists for decades. This picturesque city is surrounded by
beloved red-rock monoliths. Also, the site of this memorable city
marks the mouth of unbelievably beautiful Oak Creek Canyon, a
breathtaking chasm that even today, is wildly wonderful.
Towering high above Sedona and it's hallmark canyon is the geologically
dominating Mogollon Rim, formed from ancient deposits of limestone,
mudstone and sandstone when this area was the west coast of a
still-emerging continent. This awesome rim, which constitutes the
southwestern boundary of the vast Colorado Plateau, is home to the
largest contiguous stand of ponderosa pine in the world and imagine, the
enormous plateau extends into parts of five other states.
The collection of Sedona's impressive, natural endowments also includes
the 1.8 million-acre Coconino National Forest, which essentially engulfs
this city and encompasses seven intriguing wilderness areas.
Obviously, the list of sightseeing and recreational amenities, including
state parks and national monuments, is extensive. In fact, it
hardly is a surprise that the winding road through Oak Creek Canyon not
only is Arizona's first officially designated scenic highway, it is the
first leg of a day trip to one of the world's great wonders, nearby
Grand Canyon.
The Grand Canyon, which is called one of
the Seven Wonders of the World is a 1.2 million acre National Park and
exists here among our lush desert landscapes, crystal-clear waters and
breathtaking mountain peaks. Carved by the Colorado River through the
Colorado Plateau the Canyon is an awe-inspiring view, where one can hike
trails, take mule rides to the canyon floor, discover waterfalls,
whitewater raft the Colorado River, or even fly over the canyon. It
averages 4.7 million visitors annually, and as Teddy Roosevelt once
said, it is something every American should see.
Whether its Arizona's weather, economic growth or shear beauty that has
you thinking of relocating, we can help you do it effortlessly, in
a timely manner and with a smile. Arizona is an all-around great place
to live, raise a family or retire in. What do you think has kept us here
for 25 years!

centers, major league teams and cultural events. Economic opportunity
and quality living convinces more than 50,000 people to move here each
year. It is the fifth-largest city in the U.S.- a region of 3.4
